Here’s a fun way to get some daily news and utilize critical thinking for analyzing a story. Go to CNN10. It’s news in 10 minutes. (FYI there is no political bashing) The host appears to be working out of his home this week. Typically each show has about three segments that include anything from primary results to the newest satellites launched. Have your kids roll a dice after each segment.

- Century is a website allowing parents to access their resources free for the next few weeks. This website has content for all agents and students can engage in math, science and reading activities.
- Circletime is for babies to age six and includes singalongs, kiddos yoga and story time on an interactive website.
- CK-12 is for children of all ages. Math, science, reading, videos and review questions will keep everyone engaged.
- Conjuguemos is a paid site that does offer some content for free. Vocabulary, grammar and listening activities for many foreign languages are available!
- Edu-Together is for children grades three through twelve. This site has videos that cover all academic subjects.
- Epic! has been said to be the “leading library for kids 12 and under.” There are over 35,000 different books, videos and quizzes.
- Fluency Matters is for all ages and you are able to access this site for free for 21 days. This site offers educational opportunities to increase foreign language skills.
- Good2Learn is for ages seven through twelve. You can access a 14-day free trial to watch instructional videos from two to five minutes long in math or English.
- HippoCampus is for children middle school or older. Over 7000 free videos span 13 different subjects.
- iCompute allows kids age three through eleven access to computing and STEM courses.
- Izzit utilizes videos to teach kindergarten and up many different subjects including math, arts, world history and more.
- Kids Discover Online offers three months of free science and social studies coursework.
- Kinedu has 1,800 videos for children four years and up.
- Math Game Time is for children of all ages and offers many games that focus on counting, algebra, and many other math subjects.
- Minecraft: Education Edition teaches children problem solving, collaboration and creativity.
- Myseter Science is for children kindergarten through fourth grade with lessons ranging from 15 to 90 minutes.

- Raddish Kids is a kids cooking subscription that is currently offering free recipes and activities in an at-home camp style curriculum. Raddish Kids will also be giving away 25,000 free cooking kits for kids ages four through fourteen!
- Rockalingua is a Spanish learning program that focuses on music. There is a library of interactive videos like the kid famous Dora the Explorer show.
- Scholastic offer parents and children pre-K through ninth grade almost a month’s work of “active learning journeys” that are engaging and exciting!
- Scratch is for kids in elementary school to try coding. MIT educators have created tons of interactive projects.
- Seneca is for younger kids to learn and practice their multiplication tables. Middle and high schoolers can practice prealgebra, Spanish and biology.
- Sight Reading Factory is for children to practice reading music while they aren’t in school.
- Storyline Online recruited celebrities to read children’s books for children age 4 through 7. Kids can watch these celebrities read aloud on the YouTube channel set up by Storyline.
