- Create a bridge out of tape and newspaper or printer paper. Research and build models of different types of bridges to test before constructing.

- Create clothing out of newspaper and tape and put on a fashion show. Create notecards to describe the outfits you created using adjectives, similes, metaphors, etc.
- Find miscellaneous craft materials around the house and challenge a family member to invent a new product. Then create a commercial persuading people to buy it.
- Throw 5 random objects from around the house into a bag. Then create a skit or movie using the items. For extra fun, put a famous quote in the bag that they must incorporate into the performance.
